Hello I have been trying for several days to make audacity works with windows 10, without success...

Yes, lots of people (including me) are running Audacity on Windows 10.
What version of Audacity? Exactly what's happening? Did you download the official install file from fosshub.com?

I have another laptop with windows 10 and i run Audacity version 2.xxx witout a problem. I have downloaded de version 3.0 from the proper site. But in my desktop, it is not working, I am wondering that the Droid cam software I have is blocking the sound port.

that you have corrected the problem and that it was, in fact, likely related to the Droid cam.
