Audio disappeared while the prog was still on

Help for Audacity on Windows.

That works out as about 1minute 40 seconds for a mono track, or about 50 seconds for a stereo track. How long was the project?

2 and a half minutes, and I had about 7-8 tracks anyway. It's definitely lost without a trace.
