Is that what you want to record?
It is notoriously difficult / unreliable to record Zoom (or any other voip app) with Audacity. The easy and reliable way is to use Zoom’s built-in record feature.
If you mean you want to record something else (not Zoom), then please say what you want to record, what sort of headphones, and how the headphones connect to the computer.
