Is there a simple way, or maybe a shortcut to rearrange or restack multiple tracks so that the entire project is setup in a more uniform way?

Example: The project is currently setup like this: 1. My recording.
2. Intro. music.
3. Interview track #1
4. Interview track #2
5. Outro. music.
Preferred order: 1. Intro. music.
2. My recording
3. Interview track #1
4. Interview track #2
5. Outro. music.

Thanks

When you have multiple tracks in a project you can drag tracks up / down by clicking on any empty part of the panel on the left end of the track and dragging up / down.
Take care to avoid accidentally nudging the sliders.
