Audacity mi va in crash

Ciao a tutti. Ho un grosso problema che non so come risolvere : il programma mi va spessissimo in crash quando lo uso per un tempo prolungato . Spiego meglio cosa mi succede: ho WIN 10 e avevo installato l'ultima versione di Audacity, ma mi si bloccava sempre dopo che utilizzavo effetti tipo rimozione rumore, amplifica, cambio tempo e intonazione e dopo che analizzavo piccole sezioni di audio rallentato per diverse volte. Mi appare una notifica " memoria piena" o " Errore nell'apertura dell'audio". Poi si spegne improvvisamente e si spegne anche il PC. A volte capita che , dopo essersi spento il PC, la schermata del desktop mi risulta cambiata, tipo si è rimpicciolita o sono cambiate le dimensioni delle icone o lo sfondo è diventato nero e devo impostare nuovamente il desktop.
Allora ho provato a disinstallare la versione più recente e ad installare una vecchia versione, poiché in passato non mi aveva mai dato questo tipo di problema, ma dopo poco il problema si è ripresentato. Ora ho la vecchia versione 2.1.0.
Non so se il problema è dovuto al programma o al mio PC. Ho altri programmi per la musica installati , ma nessuno mi da problemi simili. Cosa posso fare? Qualcuno ha avuto questo tipo di problema?

I get a "memory full" or "Error opening audio" notification. Then it suddenly shuts down and the PC shuts down too. Sometimes it happens that, after turning off the PC, the desktop screen has changed, like it has shrunk or the size of the icons has changed or the background has turned black and I have to set the desktop again.
So I tried uninstalling the latest version and installing an old version, as it had never given me this type of problem in the past, but after a while the problem returned. I now have the old version 2.1.0.
I don't know if the problem is with the program or with my PC. I have other music programs installed, but none give me similar problems. What can I do? Has anyone had this kind of problem?

Perhaps your audacity project is on a network drive or cloud storage ? Audacity does not work well in this environment. It is always best to work from a local spinning hard or SSD disk. USB drives are also not good.
