Hi,
how can I create a file with a single tone but where the frequency starts at a value and end at another. i.e. a frequency sweep.
Couldn't find any plugins, are there any?
Or is that a built-in functionality? If so, where do I find it?
Thank you

Thank you, I tried it but it only goes up to 22,000 Hz and need it to generate higher frequencies for frequency response test at higher values.
How can I do that?
Is 22KHz an Audacity limit? If not how can I generate a frequency sweep file up to 100KHz or as high as it is possible?
(obviously exporting it as WAV to allow the much higher sampling rate to match)
Thank you

Try increasing the Project Rate (sample rate) in the lower left of the Audacity window. As you may know, the "Nyquist limit" is half the sample rate (at least one sample for the top-half of the wave and one for the bottom-half).
...If you are going to play the file out of your soundcard, some soundcards are limited to (about) the audio range and some soundcards run at a fixed internal sample rate (44.1 and 48kHz are rumored to be common) and in that case your signal could be down-sampled by the drivers.
