Recording settings problem

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Hello

I need some help over the setting to record both microphone and speakers but i won't set audacity.

Windows only allows you to record from one thing at a time. But, it will allow you to play more than one thing at a time so if you configure Windows to play the microphone through the speakers, WASAPI loopback can be used to record everything you're hearing. (Headphones are better for preventing feedback.)

...There are 3rd-party solutions for getting around the Windows limitation.
