Record What I Hear

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Record What I Hear

Newbie !
Sorry all the terminology is new to me.

Win XP SP3
Audacity 2.1.0

I want Audacity to record what I hear from the Browser or anything that will play sound on windows.

How do i do this ?
