Change "Save As" Location of to Audacity Default

Change "Save As" Location of to Audacity Default

I made the stupid decision to "save as" data folder to desktop, which was not the Audacity default designation and then through some moving files, they automatically got deleted. I uninstalled and reinstalled audacity but now the default designation for "save as" is my desktop. I'm at a lost what to do as I can't find the audacity folder.

The default Save directory (Windows) is:
Documents\Audacity\

To reset Audacity:
"Tools menu > Reset Configuration"
Then Exit Audacity and restart.

I'll also try to set this folder to be avoided by Norton in case.
