Time Shift tool is not working Audacity 2.4.1

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Time Shift tool is not working Audacity 2.4.1

The audacity version 2.4.1 for windows 10.I couldn't move single clip alone , while using time shift two tracks moving at a time. but i want to add last track to end of the first track. Time shift tool not at all working even the status of it selected also

The current version of Audacity is 2.4.2. It is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/

That's because you have "Sync-Lock" enabled. That's also what causes the "clocks" to be shown in the selection.
Disable it in the "Tracks" menu.
