So, I was trying to get a lizard trilling sound for a monster cry I've made with my own voice. A great example o what I mean by a lizard trill is the death cry of the Stealth Sneak from Kingdom Hearts: https://youtu.be/qTDzTqaemwE?t=57

How can I get such a thing done in Audacity?

So I'm thinking you might be able to do this with Steve's amplitude modulator. See this post:
