Audacity won't launch

Hello,
Audacity won't launch anymore, all I get when I click the icon is the logo for a few seconds then nothing.
All I did that could have caused the issue is installing accysonus ERA Bundle, enabling it in Audacity then later I uninstalled it.
I tried uninstalling my current Audacity and installing the latest one (2.4.2) but I still get the same issue.
I do have "bug report" files but nothing that could help me.
Thanks for the help

Did you restart Windows? Do a deep shutdown. Shift+Shutdown, wait and then Start. That clears out more things than the other two.

Isn't there a setting now to "Reset" Audacity? Installing Audacity doesn't reset it and it can hang on to bad settings and adjustments by accident.
I've never done it. Doesn't it pop up in the 2.4.2 install?

... accysonus ERA Bundle ....
Is 64-bit only, so currently will only work in Audacity on Mac, not PC ...

Try renaming this hidden Audacity folder to, say, "AudacityOld", then relaunch
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\audacity
Don't delete that hidden folder: it contains your plugins & their settings.

Thanks for your answer, I did tried that but didn't work.
There's also a 32bits version, which I used, the installation of those plugins was not a problem.
Renaming the folder did work, thanks !
