de-clicker and de-esser

Help for Audacity on Windows.

de-clicker and de-esser

What is a de-clicker? I can't find it among effects. Also, I could use a de-esser, which I understand is a plug-in. Is it compatible with Audacity?

It's an effect that attempts to remove or reduce clicks.
