Hello everyone,

I have a problem uploading my wave file.
Track Problems

The following track(s) have errors:

SOFIA.wav:
Bit depth is 32 bits, must be 16 or 24 bits.
Audio channel count is 1, must be 2 (Stereo)
Can any of you help me solve this?
Thanks in advance.
With kind greetings.

Bit depth is 32 bits, must be 16 or 24 bits.
When you export (save) there is a drop-down menu where you can select the bit depth ...

"WAV (Microsoft) signed 16-bit PCM" is universally accepted.

If you need to make a mono recording into 2-channel, (a/k/a dual mono).
Duplicate the track, (select the track, then press "Ctrl"+"D").
Then join those two identical tracks to make a "stereo" pair, see ...

Thank you kindly for your help. When I play my song Sofia.wave 16 bit(705 kbps) in audacity, the green levels of both recording channels move. This indicates that a stereo song is playing.
But when I upload my music file Sofia.wave to the music platform Amuse, I get the following message:Track Problems The following track(s) have errors:
SOFIA.wav:Audio channel count is 1, must be 2 (Stereo).

What's going on here? Is this an error of the music platform Amuse or is it a mistake in my song?
See the attachments.
Please advise you on this.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards
Gilberto

Meanwhile, I followed your guidelines and after duplicating and " making a stereo track " has managed to upload my song on the Music platform Amuse.
A million thanks for your help, I am very pleased with the result through your cooperation.
Best regards,
Gilberto :D
