Meta/Comments used to Name Exported MP3 File ?!?

  1. Creating artist compilation as mp3 file
  2. After entering Meta info, I select “Export as mp3”
  3. In Win10 Explorer, Audacity has used Comments from Metadata as the File name?!

My Questions:

  1. Why would this ever [logically] happen?
  2. How can I get Audacity to use “Album Title” as filename, rather than “Comments”?
    Very frustrating!
