no display of two tracks prior to recording

no display of two tracks prior to recording
when I open the Audacity. I expect to see dual tracks for stereo recording, but it is not showing. Please help.

When you just open Audacity it will indeed show no tracks.
As soon as you start recording a track is created
Or if you really want a blank track
1) Open Audacity
2) Tracks > Add New > Stereo Track
