Erro ao validar: (x) Não tem valor na faixa: -50 a 50

Btrd. amigos. Sempre usei o audacity e a anos o uso. Mas agora eu atualizei pra versão mais nova 2.3.3 e quando carrego o arquivo pra editar, vou na opção amplificar, seja pra + ou pra -, não consigo mais realizar essa opção, quando clico em ok, abre uma janelinha: "Erro ao validar: X Não tem valor na faixa: -50 a 50". Nunca mexi em nenhuma configuração, até porque o programa ja vem configurado e não sei onde mexi ou apertei pra acontecer isso. Imaginei que fosse a nova versão que estava com bug, mas não é, porque desinstalei a nova e instalei umas 3 antigas mas não resolveu, o problema continua. Pode me ajudar por favor? Obrigado.

Hi,
I got the same problem. Can't use "CHANGE SPEED" "PITCH" or "CHANGE TEMPO" or "AMPLIFY". Always error: "VALUE NOT IN RANGE..."
Can anyone help?

tenho o mesmo problema: não posso usar o AMPLIFICAR, ALTERAR VELOCIDADE, ALTERAR TEMPO... Dá sempre o erro: "valor não está ao alcance de..."Ãlguém pode ajudar?

When you get that error, look to see which control in the effect GUI has focus, and set that control to a valid setting. Repeat for each invalid setting until the effect runs.

But I already have done that. Still doesnt work. No matter the values gives the same error.

Which exact version of Audacity are you using? (look in "Help menu > About Audacity")

Which version of Windows are you using?

Please post a screenshot of the problem. Position the windows so that we can see the error message and the effect GUI.

Here goes error in attachment. Sorry is in portuguese, but I guess i would have to reinstall to change language?

If you can work with Audacity in English, it would help us make sense of screenshots if you could temporarily switch Audacity to English.
"Edit menu > Preferences > Interface"
and set "Display / Language:" to English.

I definitely will believe it :D
My guess is that the problem is due to the decimal separator.

I rarely use Windows, but if I recall correctly there are two system settings for "locale". Decimal separators may be a comma (,) or a dot (.) but for Audacity to work correctly the settings must be consistent.
