I have a rec that I think must not be in synch because it is very reverbish and echoed.Any way to correct?

left and right channels not in synch

That's hard to believe... Have you tried listening to the left & right separately?

What are you recording and how are you connected, etc? Are you recording from the microphone built-into your laptop? Streaming audio from the Internet? A USB turntable? etc.?

Any way to correct?

Depending on how you asked that, no, you can't fix that kind of distortion with filters or effects.
