Track Splitting for Export

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Track Splitting for Export

I am using Audacity 2.3.3 to digitise vinyl LPs and obviously record the entire album (both sides) as a single Audacity file. How do I split the tracks for exporting to MP3 format?
