NOISE REDUCTION
NORMALIZE
EQ
COMPRESSOR
NORMALIZE
SINCE I'M NEW AT THIS PROCESS, ARE THERE ANY OTHER EFFECTS THAT I SHOULD ROUTINELY BE USING?

Personally I don't "routinely" use any effects. I just use the effects that are appropriate for the specific thing that I'm doing.
