Missing Effect Items

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Missing Effect Items
Downloaded V2.3.3. In Effect Tab, at least the following are missing: Studio Fade out; Adjustable Fade; and in particular Filter Curve and Graphic EQ. See attachment. Any solution?

I think you will need to reset Audacity.
If you are on 64-bit Windows 10, shut down Audacity then open up:
in the Windows file browser (File Explorer) and delete the three files:
Then restart Audacity. Those three files will be automatically recreated with default factory settings.
If you are on 64-bit Windows 10, shut down Audacity then open up:
