Hi there, I just bought a laptop, it has Windows 10 pre-installed. Unfortunately when I open up the Control Panel sound utility, under the recording tab it does not show stereo mix, it’s not disabled either, it’s simply not there, and there does not seem to be any way to get it to become available. Please can someone help me out to make it available
kind regards Gin

Re: No Stereo Mix - Windows 10
That's normal for Windows 10 (there are a few sound cards that do still have "Stereo Mix", but it's not common).
For Windows 10, use "WASAPI loopback" instead. See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tut ... ndows.html
