Sync different audio files

Hi,
I have audacity 2.3.1 installed on windows 10. I am working on a video and recorded audio for it. However, when I need to rerecord a portion again, it's sounding different than the earlier recording. How can I ensure that both the recordings sound the same? What features help that?
