Audacity crashing when making a macro involving Equalization

Pretty straightforward, whether you're opening a new project or an existing one, or just starting at an empty audacity screen, if you try to create a Macro with Equalization, it will crash when you try to edit the parameters. I'm on win10 build 1903 Audacity v2.3.2

Edit: I was still able to create a macro involving Equalization, I just had to select my preset before I went into the Macro window. You can't edit it while you're inserting the command.

This problem was discovered after Audacity 2.3.2 was released.
The workaround is to set a preset in the Equaliztion effect manually, before opening the Macro manager.

This has been fixed in the next version of Audacity by replacing the effect with a new effect. Unfortunately the downside is that any macros that you make now, you will need to update for Audacity 2.3.3.

As I wrote, this problem has been fixed in the next version of Audacity.
