Hi,
can somebody please help because i have mp3 track with "bas" or microphone strange voices.
8 sec and 11 second, words "dookola" and "utalentowany" there is some strange voice caused by microphone, this is not smooth...
It is a way to improve this?

Where did the recording come from? It sounds like you may have applied Noise Reduction too aggressively, causing that metallic sound. Noise reduction can be helpful when used gently to reduce low level noise, but when used too much it causes permanent irreparable damage to the remaining sound.
