There is another bug in windows 10 and version 2.1.1,when you paulstreth a sample and then the selected area is shorter than the sample.
Steps:
1.Make a short sample
2.Effect -> Paulstretch
3.Stretch is made well but the selected area is shorter

As I explained to you about Change Tempo and Change Speed where applying them will change the selection - as is intended viewtopic.php?f=68&t=103304&p=362282#p362282 - so will Paulstretch as it effects an extreme speed change.
