It won't record when i press red buton

Help for Audacity on Windows.

It won't record when i press red buton

I just reinstaled Win 10 and instal audacity.When i press red buton ''Error opening recording device
Error code:0 succes ''

I instaled another recording softvare Wave Pad same issue.
Please help
