Help for Audacity on Windows.

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

reinstalled.
restarted.
reinstalled net framework.
restarted.
run as admin.
compatibility settings set.
installed every VCredist pack I found.
and done other stuff.
I was using this program before what da hell :d
0xc000007b appears whenever I try to open it

Audacity 2.3.0 requires "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 " which may not be present on old Windows systems. You can get it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/downloa ... x?id=48145

Reboot the computer.
