Sector Boundary Errors Using "Export > Multiple"

I have a long concert recording in which I've marked tracks in Audacity 2.3.0 for Windows using "hh:mm:ss+CDDA Frames". Why, when I export these tracks to FLAC, would there be SBEs?
Do label track positions follow the same rules with regard to "Snap-To" as the audio track? Thanks.

My understanding is that this only happens if you turn on Snap-To
before you set your labels.
Turning on Snap-To after labels are created will
not cause the label positions to re-align.

Thanks for your reply. I think I must have done exactly that. I eventually went back and re-marked the track boundaries with Snap-To set properly and all was well.
