I want to upload a audio track clip to the Forum to have someone help me diagnose the problem, but I can't seem to just copy and paste it into this window. What's the trick?

Audacity projects are typically too big to post to the forum.
Note that there are two parts to a project, there's the ".aup" file and a "_data" folder. If you are unsure what that means, please read the first part of this article which explains: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/aud ... jects.html

What is the problem that you want help with? (let's start with a description ;))
Don't forget to include which version of Windows and which version of Audacity (look in "Help > About Audacity" for the version number).
