How to set up a chain that uses COPY and PASTE with several tracks

Post by MrKristoffVA » Thu Aug 16, 2018 5:05 am

I'm currently creating a robot voice in Audacity and the process involves copy/pasting the main voice file several times and applying different pitches and effects to each track individually and then mixing them together. I have nearly 50 individual voice lines on which I need to use this process.

The chain creation tool allows me to apply specific effects to a single track, but does not seem to have a way to set up a process as specific as this.

Am I missing something or is this not possible?

The only solution I've been able to come up with is to lay every voice file I have back to back and then process all of them as one voice track, then separate and save them as unique files.

Not practically possible as far as my knowledge say otherwise I would have loved to use the features too.
