I would like to have a violin background to my audio. Is it possible to add this? Does Audacity come with Instruments already installed?

Audacity is an audio editor, not a full music production studio. It does not have any built-in instruments and does not support VST instruments. You can however import instrument sounds. A good source of free sounds is
