Help for Audacity on Windows.

and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.
The old forums for those versions are now closed, but you can still read the archives of the 1.2.x and 1.3.x forums.

I would like to have a violin background to my audio. Is it possible to add this? Does Audacity come with Instruments already installed?

Audacity is an audio editor, not a full music production studio. It does not have any built-in instruments and does not support VST instruments. You can however import instrument sounds. A good source of free sounds is https://freesound.org
