I’m pretty new to audacity, so I don’t know all too much, and there is probably a simple answer to this, but I’ll ask it anyway.
What I want to do is take a track and a clip of audio, and then take that audio and sync it to the music along with the pitch.

If it’s just one word repeated at different pitches you could use this (primitive) sequencer plugin …
