Removing Hissing Sound

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Removing Hissing Sound

I cannot remove the hissing sound in my aud file. I tried using the Effect-Noise Removal several times, but this did not work.
What should I do? I used a earpiece for my recording. See attached please. Thank you.

What are you recording and how have you recorded it?
How are you playing back the recording?

Your equipment is faulty. That loud buzzing sound is "mains hum" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mains_hum)
It would be possible to reduce the sound of the hum by filtering, but much better to fix the source of the problem.

What equipment are you using for the recording?

It sounds like a physical problem such as cable or connection defect.

This was a broken microphone cable.
