Dear specialists! I've downloaded and installed the alpha version of Audacity 2.3.0. It works very slowly. Please correct! The system language and program language is English.

Are you using multiple tracks?

If so we are aware of this issue and it is already logged as a P1 top priority bug: https://bugzilla.audacityteam.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1886

The P1 rating means that it must be fixed before release?

Nothing is multiple. The most common single track, true, is a mono track. And the speed, in comparison with the release version, fell sharply.
