Need to hear what is playing as the music fades out

Hi all,

I’m new to the forum but have been using Audacity for years.
I love the program but I use the same features and don’t know about many of the others.
Can anybody tell me how to boost the audio at the end of a song that is fading so that I can hear what certain instruments are doing at the end?

You could use “Adjustable Fade” to gradually boost the level.
As a starting point, try these settings:
