How to point to manual

Hi,
I downloaded the manual separately from the application. When I run the application and select help, the system can’t find the manual. Is there any way to point the application the the manual on my hard drive?
I’m using Audacity 2.2.2 on a Windows 7 OS.

For Audacity to find a locally installed manual, it is essential that the manual is in the correct location.
On MacOS the manual must go inside the folder containing the Audacity application.

Take particular care over how the manual is unzipped. The directory structure is important (read all of the above link).
