Not a new plug-in, but one that I have difficulty finding, so reposting in its own topic.
This version is by Robert J. H. based on an older version that I wrote. This version is an improvement over the original as it allows analyzing much longer sections of audio (up to an hour).

Wavestats doesn't seem to measure noise. Or did I miss something?
I ran both Wavestats and ACX Check on Steckler-Mastered and They gave me exactly the same Peak and RMS measurements.

It measures the selected audio. If you select only noise, it will measure that.
In most cases it "should" agree with ACX check, but if it doesn't, then I'd be more inclined to believe wavestats.ny.
