No.
You would need to port Nyquist to iOS, or persuade someone that can.
The good news is that the Nyquist interpreter is written in C, which is largely compatible with iOS support for objective C.
Possible the hardest part will be interfacing to the iOS audio API.
Also, as the NyquistIDE is written in Java, it would probably be a good idea to port that to Swift.
As far as I’m aware, neither the Audacity developers or CMU currently have any plans to port Nyquist to iOS.
Sorry but that’s beyond my ability (and I don’t have anything that runs iOS).
