How do you convert from .daf to mp3?

Probably not with Audacity. Audacity isn't a very good converter.

Super or Switch download to your PC.

Possibly not at all.
The only .daf files I have ever seen are ancient database files.

If this is a proprietary audio format you will probably have to use the application that they came from.
