Import Image as Spectrum

Hello all. Is there a way to import an image as the spectrum of an audio signal in Audacity?

What is the goal? Audacity analyzes a sound and creates data that when displayed on the screen forms a picture that you can watch or capture. It doesn't work the other way around. You can't start with the picture and listen to it.
