Just tried this one on the latest nightly build version of Audacity. It works well, you can play your whole track while adj eq until you decide to apply it.
Has a spectrum analyzer too.

Where on that website link does it indicate system requirements?

Looks like it has downloads for Windows and Mac. Click on the one you want and you will have the selection of 32 bit, etc.
