Massive Processing

Hello
First of all congratulations for the useful forum.
I have to listen many recorded phone calls and I'd like to optimize this work eliminating the parts without conversation (while the attendant is typing for instance). The problem is that I have to do it in so many recorded files that it is impossible to manually process it. Is there a way to do it automatically to all files? Is it necessary any programming?
