Hello,
I need to adjust this short clip of whispered voice (woman's) so that I can recongnize what is she saying. Now it is barely recognizable. I tried to remove noise in audacity but it was no help. I just want to ask if it is possible or the record is so bad that it's beyond repair. Thanks for your opinion.

I can't do it. There's just not enough there to rescue. Noise Removal is intended to help with very quiet background noises. It won't do surveillance rescue.

If you want to recover hidden recordings for a court case, you need to pay for an audio forensics service that uses special audio processing software (like the security services use to spy on terrorists).
