USB Microphone malfunction

Post by tarbiewon » Sun Jan 04, 2009 6:37 pm

I have a USB Microphone which I use mainly with Skype but since installing Audacity and a SoundLab USB turntable I cannot use it. How can I use both Audacity and my microphone :? I am running Windows Vista Home Premium.

Just use one at a time. Either have the turntable plugged in, or the microphone, but not both.
You may need to reboot.

If it is difficult to physically get to the USB ports, you can probably configure the devices to work through Vista's Control Panel (though that is probably just as much of a pain in the neck)
