Remove crackle from mp3

Hi guys, first I want to apologize for my bad english

I know that there are a lot of topic with this problem but no one can help me :/

I have mp3 in my laptop which is from instalation program I dont know name of this song but its pretty good. So I recorded it with audiocity program but there is crackle. I tried many program such as audiocity, cool editor and so on and this crackle is still there :/

I dont know what else I need to try to successfuly remove crackle

That's overload. The music is getting too loud for the computer. Where is the music? This problem is very common when somebody tries to plug high volume sound into the Mic-In of a laptop computer.
