Transposing creates warble unpleasant sound!

Post by bassman456 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 7:25 pm

Using Audacity, I have notice when I transpose any music the result is a very pronounced unpleasant warble sound. Can anyone tell me how to get the warble out so that my transposed version has quality sound like the original key version? Thank you!

If you're using "Change Pitch" to transpose the music, try using Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift instead. http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/sl ... shift.html
