Comparing stereo separation between same-sourcedMP3 and FLAC

Hi, I have more 500 FLAC files and MP3 V0 files converted from the FLAC.
My problem is that I have converted the MP3 using Foobar2000 (w/ Lame encoder), and I sometimes did not notice a DSP was toggled (that one). I did not want the DSP to be active.

Now I want to find a way to determine which MP3 were converted using the DSP.
Personal requirements do not allow me to replace all MP3 files. I have to identify which were converted with the DSP and which were not.

So basically I suppose I would have to compare the stereo separation between the MP3 and FLAC files.

Would Audacity allow me to do that ? I will need to automate the process because there are far too many files to do it by hand.

Thank you very much for your help.

No way that I can think of.
If it's important, I think the best solution would be to delete all of the MP3s and batch encode the Flac files (again).
