Reverse speech in Audacity 1.36

Where can I find a plug in to reverse an audio track? I think it was included in some versions but not in the one I have.
In Version 1.2.6 goto Effects > Reverse.
In Version 1.3.6 its a little more difficult to find, but it's there! Goto Effects > Utility > Time Line Change > Reverse
